RESERVATION AND
CONFIRMATION
?THE GLOBAL REP L.L.C-FZ? maintains the www.zotrav.com
website ("Site").
All
inquiries, hotel reservations, and Tour Services must be conducted through
ZOTrav (a brand of THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ). To manage your reservation
efficiently, please provide the necessary details, including:
● Exact
arrival and departure dates, along with flight information.
● The
preferred hotel, number and type of rooms, and meal plans.
● Any
guide requirements.
● Full
names of clients, including gender (Mr./Mrs./Miss, etc.).
●
Nationalities of the
travelers. All reservation requests will be confirmed via email and also
through the ZOTrav portal.
OUR RESPONSE TIME
We
aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours via email. If you do not
receive a response from us within this timeframe, please resend your request,
as it may have been lost in transmission. Note that proof of sending does not
constitute proof of receipt.

PAYMENTS THROUGH TELR
We
would be making use of the ?Telr? Payment Gateway on the ZOTrav portal. Visa or
MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED
will be accepted for payment.
The
displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and
currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card
will be shown in your card currency
PAYMENTS
Full
payment must be completed and received prior to confirmation. Failure to meet
this requirement may result in the cancellation of your reservation without
prior notice. When making telegraphic transfers, please inform us of the
remittance date, your bank, and any corresponding banks.
- Personal and foreign cheques are not
accepted.
- Bank drafts are accepted if they are
drawn on a clearing bank; any associated bank charges will be your
responsibility.
- All outgoing bank charges, including
those from intermediary banks, are your responsibility.
- Payments made by credit card may be
subject to additional administrative fees.
- Refunds will only
be processed through the original method of payment.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be
sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
PAYMENT DISPUTE
In
the event of a genuine dispute regarding a booking, you must notify THE GLOBAL
REP LLC FZ in writing within 15 days of the arrival date, including proof that
the dispute was raised during the stay or service period. You are required to
cooperate fully and provide any necessary information to resolve the dispute
promptly.
REFUNDS OF TOURS
Once
a tour has commenced, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued for
unused services included in the program.
VOUCHER NUMBER
Please
provide the voucher number for all arrangements confirmed with THE GLOBAL REP
LLC FZ. This, along with a copy of the itinerary, must be submitted at least 7
days before the client's arrival. If the voucher number covers additional
services beyond the original arrangement, we reserve the right to collect
payment for these services directly from the clients unless full payment is
received in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must
be submitted in writing via email. A cancellation is only considered valid once
it has been acknowledged and accepted by THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ.
Proof of sending does
not constitute proof of receipt or acceptance of the cancellation. Cancellation
fees will be charged according to the policy confirmed in the booking. You are
obligated to adhere to and pay according to these policies, including penalties
arising from cancellations that violate our terms and conditions.
The customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to
the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45
days for the refund transfer to be completed.
*For bookings that are
no longer cancellable without a penalty, any waiver or reduction in fees is
subject to the hotel's approval. Refunds or amendments, including those due to
force majeure, are also subject to the approval of the accommodation provider.
REFUND
POLICY
It
is to be pointed out that there shall be no refund if the Client does not or
cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises,
meals, entrance fees, Entry ticket, Optional tours etc., due to any reason
whatsoever.
Refunds
(If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the
portal for the booking made directly through the portal only. Refunds will be done only through
the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends
on the issuing bank of the credit card
There
is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. meals, entrance fees,
optional tours, hotels, transport and sightseeing etc,) for any reason
whatsoever.
Any
service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, amount reverse
will be done in the portal only which you can use for future booking.
The
Refund Policy is not limited to, and also includes:

In case where a client
along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason
whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim
shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if a client is
unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason
whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking
shall be treated as "no show" on the tour and 100% cancellation
charges will be levied.

If a client avails pre
- tour services or part thereof, or the excursion tickets (if booked under any
offer) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or
cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre - tour arrangements or part
thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund
whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.

The company reserves
the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behaviour is deemed
likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the
enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Company shall be under no
liability to any such person.
●
Each of these
conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full
force and effect. No liability on the part of THE COMPANY arising in any way
out of the Contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facilities shall
exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and
shall in no case include any consequential, incidental loss or additional expense
whatsoever.

The prices quoted in
our website / brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time
of publishing / printing. THE COMPANY reserves the right to amend the prices
published in this brochure in case of fuel costs, special/high season charge
levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of
departure and to surcharge accordingly. The Client must pay for all such
increases in price in full before the departure.
●
In case of publication
of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by THE COMPANY, we shall
have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a
specific assurance of the contrary is published.
ROOM BLOCKING
Blocking
accommodation bookings for future sales is strictly prohibited. Guest name
changes are not allowed.
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
As
a general rule, each client is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on
bag. THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ reserves the right to collect additional fees
directly from clients for any excess luggage that incurs extra transportation
costs.
LIMITED LIABILITY
ZOTrav?s
maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ for
each booking. You acknowledge that ZOTrav and its parent company, THE GLOBAL
REP LLC FZ, act solely as intermediaries in arranging the sale of products and
services on behalf of suppliers and/or hotels. As such, ZOTrav and THE GLOBAL
REP LLC FZ are not parties to any hotel contract, and any complaints or claims
must be directed to the supplier or hotel. ZOTrav and THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ are
not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses
arising directly or indirectly from the actions of hotels, transportation
companies, or other suppliers. Such claims should be covered under the travel
insurance purchased by individual guests.
INDEMNITY
You
agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZOTrav and THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ
from any losses or liabilities, including legal expenses, arising from claims,
demands, debts, damages, or actions related to the Customer's experience with
the Travel Components under this Agreement due to any negligent act or omission
by your agency, its contractors, employees, subcontractors, representatives, or
agents. Furthermore, neither party is liable for indemnifying or defending the
other against claims, damages, or negligence by any hotel accommodation
provider, travel component owner, or third party. Neither party will be held
responsible for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
JURISDICTIONAL SPECIAL TERMS
These
terms apply when billing and payment are made in different currencies. You
agree and acknowledge that each ZOTrav entity providing services under the
Travel Services Agreement does so as an independent contractor and not as a
partner or joint venturer with other parties. Each ZOTrav entity is liable only
for its own obligations under this Agreement and is not responsible for the
services provided by any other ZOTrav entity.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any
purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or in connection with bookings made
with ZOTrav or THE GLOBAL REP LLC FZ, billed in USD, EUR, or AED, will be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
The
provision of travel services for billing in these currencies is managed by THE
GLOBAL REP LLC FZ, with a registered address at Business Center 1, M Floor,
Meydan Hotel, Dubai, UAE.
We will not trade with or provide any
services to OFAC and sanctioned
countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
OF USE
The Customers using the website who are
Minor/under the age of 18 shall not
register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.zotrav.com policies and rules.
Users are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of their account.
